Michele's experience spans finance, healthcare operations, Lean improvement, leadership development, and organizational change. She has spent her career close to both the operational realities and the human consequences of how organizations run, which is why her questions tend to be practical rather than theoretical.
Her approach is simple to describe and rare to find. Understand the situation first. Then choose the tool that fits: coaching, consulting, facilitation, or something else entirely. She is curious, candid, supportive, and practical, and she will tell you which of those you are getting at any given moment.
