Questions before you buy
Do purchased sessions expire?
No. Sessions you have paid for do not expire, so you can use them at the pace that suits your calendar and the work.
What if I need to reschedule a session?
Reschedule with at least 24 hours of notice and there is no fee. Email Michele and she will move the session to another time.
Who are these sessions for?
CEOs, business owners, and senior leaders working on decisions that cannot be delegated, and employers sponsoring coaching for a key leader.
How do I schedule after I buy?
Reply to your confirmation email with two or three times that work and Michele confirms your 60-minute sessions by email, usually within one business day. Paid sessions are scheduled directly with her, not on the 20-minute discovery calendar.
Can I pay monthly instead of all at once?
Often, yes. At checkout Stripe shows any pay-over-time plans you qualify for, such as monthly payments or four smaller payments. Some plans are interest-free and others carry interest; the provider sets and shows the terms, and approves or declines the plan, before you confirm. Availability depends on the provider, the amount, and where you live.
Can my employer buy the sessions for me?
Yes. Use "Buying for a leader on your team?" above to name the participant and their email, and Michele contacts them directly to arrange the sessions.
We want to put more than one leader through coaching. Is there a team rate?
Yes. Choose the package, tick "Buying for a leader on your team?" and set how many leaders you are covering. Two or more takes 5% off the whole order at checkout, and Michele emails you for the other participants’ details.
Can I give a session as a gift?
Yes. Gift a single 60-minute session below, add an optional message, and we email the recipient to let them know. You also get a printable certificate if you would rather hand it over yourself.

One private 60-minute session with Michele, paid by you and used by them. We email your recipient to let them know, on the day you choose, and Michele arranges the time with them directly. Nothing is owed by the person receiving it.
