Leadership team facilitation and executive offsites.

Offsites and working sessions cost real time. Done well, they end with decisions, owners, and follow-through. Michele prepares through participant input, designs the session around the outcome you need, and facilitates the productive disagreement a leadership team has to have. Facilitation serves the group; it is a different engagement from one-on-one executive coaching, and the two are often combined across a year.

Situations this fits

If one of these sounds familiar, you are in the right place.

  • Two departments keep having the same argument, and another email will not fix it.
  • Your last planning day produced more questions than decisions.
  • A cross-functional group needs to align, and everyone has a different definition of the problem.
  • Your team needs practical training on change or communication, not another lecture.

What working together involves

What you can expect, in order.

  1. Preparation: Michele talks with you, and often a few participants, before the session.
  2. A clear purpose and a defined outcome, agreed up front.
  3. Structure that keeps hard conversations productive and kind.
  4. Decisions and owners written down before the session ends.
  5. Practical workshops and training, including ADKAR-based change sessions and DISC-informed communication workshops.
“The ADKAR course and Becoming the Leader you want to be were excellent. It really brings everything together for leaders as they work through change within their organizations. Michelle is a fantastic trainer that keeps the group engaged. Her real life experience with this work really shows through in the training.”

“Michele supported my team of 100+ members in change exercises using the Prosci ADKAR model. The sessions never missed the mark, and always aligned to the goals and values of the organization.”

A few honest answers

How far in advance should we book?

A few weeks of preparation makes a real difference. Ask about earlier openings anyway; sometimes the calendar allows it.

How large can the group be?

From small leadership teams to larger groups. The design depends on what the session needs to produce.

Will you push back on the group?

Yes, kindly. A facilitator who only smooths things over is not giving you the session you paid for.

How do we start?

Book a conversation and tell me what the session needs to produce.
