Is coaching the same as consulting?
No. Coaching centers on your thinking and your decisions. Consulting looks at how the work gets done. Many engagements start as one and stay in scope on purpose; you and Michele will agree on the difference before starting.
How long does an engagement last?
It depends on what you are working on. Some leaders work with Michele for a few months around a transition. Others continue over a year. You decide the pace together.
Is what I share confidential?
